Product Labelling

All products supplied to Africanobigbag must have clear and accurate labeling that complies with UK and EU regulations. The following information must be included on the product label:

• Product Name
• Name and Address of Supplier
• Supplier’s Contact Number
• List of all ingredients used in the product and quantity (Requirement for Ready Meals & Snacks)
• Storage Conditions or Instructions for use
• Durability – Best Before Date or Use By Date
• EU Number if product contains meat / chicken / fish / dairy
• Barcode

Packaging

Product packaging must comply with E.U and UK packaging regulations. Packaging should be durable, protective, and free from any damage or defects.

Registration and Certification

Suppliers must be registered with the local authority where the product is being produced. Suppliers providing ready made meals & snacks are required to have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Product Trial Period

Once a product has met the specified requirements, we will conduct a one-month trial period to evaluate its suitability for our online store. After the trial period, we will make a decision on whether to stock the product permanently.

Payment Terms

Africanobigbag operates a strict NO CASH PAYMENT policy. We will pay all cash withdrawals within 14 days by bank transfer.

Online Registration

To become a vendor for Africanobigbag, please complete our online vendor registration form. You will be required to upload copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Address (Company Utility Bill dated within the last three months)
